What is your return policy?

At the moment we have a No return or No exchange policy. However in case you are looking for a refund we may issue a credit note under special conditions. In this case you will have to ship the garment back to us in its original condition with all the tags attached.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once the order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it. However you will have 48 Hours to decide before we proceed with your order. Once its in process you will not be able to change/modify your order.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Your order will be shipped in 10 working days,

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply for international orders, and the delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Regarding custom duty charges, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties as per the importing country's rules and regulations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the courier's website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, NetBanking and other secure online payment methods. We can also share a payment link for your easy access.

We do not accept COD at the moment.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee.

Can I request a custom design or alteration?

Yes, we offer custom design services and alterations. If you have a specific design in mind or need adjustments to a garment, please contact us. For any alterations you will be charged additionally, and you will need to ship the garment back to us.

Can my order be custom made ?

Absolutely Yes, we will look into it with utmost detail, however if you need any specific colour you may have to ship us a sample. For specific measurements same guidelines follow.

How do I care for the garments?

Each garment is hand crafted with love, please do not wash it at home.
