Refund policy

Refund Policy::

We have a 7-Day return policy. We hope you understand it is very difficult for us to say a NO to you, each product is hand crafted with love and throughly checked before we ship it, which means we do not have a refund policy! However, if you need another size we will be happy to exchange it in 7 days from when you have received the product. 

We have a NO refund Policy, To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note::We will only exchange size for the same article.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the exchange article or a credit note, as applicable. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at info@abhjeetkhanna.com.

Damages and issues::
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges::
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have(you will need to ship it back to us), and once the exchange is accepted, we will change the size and ship it back within & days at an additional shipping cost payable by you.

Credit Note::
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the Credit Note was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically  be notified about your credit note. In any case any further information is required, please contact us at info@abhjeetkhanna.com.

No credit note will be issued if the garment has been customised for you.
